1. Your first call is to talk to one of our store managers.
2. If you’re still not 100% satisfied, please contact our Feedback & Complaints team on feedbackandcomplaints@rentnown.co.nz. They’ll take up your concerns.
3. If this does not address your complaint to your satisfaction, your next step is Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL), the external dispute resolution scheme for our industry. This independent body is approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
